Restaurant tables and review counters

Pair QR code sign templates with a restaurant menu QR code. For customer feedback, create a QR code for Google Reviews and place it beside an honest-review invitation.

Guest spaces and business cards

Learn how a WiFi QR code works, or prepare a vCard QR code for contact sharing. This template editor currently accepts QR images that resolve to its supported IMQRScan domains.

Flyers and social displays

Use QR code flyer templates to introduce a promotion or a YouTube video. A social media QR code can connect printed materials with your online profiles.

Need a different QR code design?

Create a custom QR code with IMQRScan. For editable destinations and scan analytics, use a dynamic QR code generator before uploading the code to your template.

Questions about QR code templates

What is a QR code template?

A QR code template is a ready-made poster, sign, flyer or card layout with space for a QR image, your message and branding. The template controls the presentation; the uploaded QR controls the destination.

Are these QR code templates free?

Browsing and customizing are free. Eligible accounts may receive 2 free poster unlocks; your account shows the remaining allowance. Additional poster unlocks cost $5.00 each. A download requires an unlocked poster.

Can I customize a QR code template?

Yes. Edit the text and available colours, upload your logo, and replace the photo or background where the selected design supports it. Some cards also include a back side.

Can I use my own QR code?

Upload your existing IMQRScan QR image. This editor validates QR destinations against the configured IMQRScan domains, so arbitrary external QR codes and raw WiFi credential codes may not pass validation. It does not generate a QR from a typed link.

Can I create a QR code with IMQRScan?

Yes. Create a QR code on the main IMQRScan website, download its image, and then upload a supported code into your chosen template.

What format can I download the template in?

Unlocked designs support PDF, PNG and browser-compatible SVG. Use PDF for print documents and PNG for image sharing. The SVG export embeds images and browser layout content; it is not a fully vector artwork file.

Can I use QR code templates for commercial purposes?

These templates are designed for business uses such as signs, menus and promotional cards. Follow the IMQRScan terms and use only uploaded logos, photos and other content you have permission to use.

What is the difference between a static and dynamic QR code?

A static QR stores fixed content. A dynamic QR uses a managed destination that can be changed and may provide scan analytics. Editing the poster design does not change the destination encoded in the QR image.

Read the IMQRScan terms for applicable use conditions.
